What is the Byos Secure Embedded Edge™?

The Byos Secure Embedded Edge™ is an embeddable System on Module (SOM) that acts as a gateway between a laptop and its network. Once connected to the laptop through the M.2 port, it replaces the native Wi-Fi module and acts as the first point of contact for all network traffic. With its low power consumption (1-2 watts) and hardware-enforced protection, the Byos Secure Embedded Edge™ isolates the device from the rest of the network, protecting it from attacks targeting the operating system (OS) or bypassing endpoint security software.
